For the Past 8 years Mr. Wolff has actively directed financial operations, managed transactions, provided complex financial analysis, forecasting and budgeting for operating companies and real estate investments nationally.

Mr. Wolff is a founding partner at Advisors Real Estate Asset Services (AREAS) where he operates both a large portfolio of commercial real estate investment properties while also directing operations with full profit and loss responsibilities. Prior to his work with AREAS Mr. Wolff was director of operations for the 18th largest real estate services firm in the United States.  Mr. Wolff directed all financial activity for more than 16 offices and 350 professionals.

Mr. Wolff started his commercial real estate career at Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors while attending the

University of Nevada, Reno where he received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Finance and Economics

Mr. Wolff is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).
